NCCU M.A. Program in Japanese Studies: Phase II Interview Notice & Document Submission Guidelines (AY2026)
Dear Candidates,
Congratulations on advancing to the Phase II interview. Please pay close attention to the following instructions:
I. Submission of Review Materials
In accordance with the admissions prospectus (Ref: NCCU AY2026 M.A. Admissions Prospectus - Program in Japanese Studies), all review materials must be received by the Program Office (either by mail or in person) no later than Tuesday, March 10, by 5:00 PM.
Note: This is a receipt deadline, not a postmark deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
II. Interview Fee Payment
Please complete the interview fee payment at least three days prior to your interview date. For payment methods and amounts, please refer to the "Interview Precautions and Payment Instructions" document.
III. Interview Day Requirements
On the day of the interview, in addition to a valid photo ID and proof of payment, candidates for this program must bring their original language proficiency certificates for verification.

Interview Schedule & Logistics
Interview Date: Saturday, March 14, 2026
Interview Time: 10:00 AM – 10:50 AM
Check-in Time: Please check in by 09:45 AM.
Check-in Location: 11th Floor, North Wing, General Building (綜合院館), NCCU.
Required Documents for Check-in: 1. Valid Photo ID. 2. Original Language Proficiency Certificate. 3. Original Receipt of Interview Fee (or a printout of the online payment confirmation page).
Payment Status Inquiry: http://examac.nccu.edu.tw/Login
Interview Room: Room 271107 (First Conference Room), 11th Floor, North Wing, General Building, NCCU.
IV. Interview Regulations
Language: The interview will be conducted in both Japanese and Chinese.
Sequence: Please follow the [Interview Order Table]. The order is determined by the Exam Permit number. To ensure fairness, no requests for time changes will be accepted for any reason.
Adjustments: If a candidate fails to present original documents or complete payment, the following candidates will move up in the sequence accordingly.
Conduct: Please leave the examination venue immediately after your interview. Do not linger to converse with other candidates.
