Applications for the Preliminary Selection of Excellence Students (Academic Year 2023) are now open. The application period starts today and will conclude on November 7, 2023.
This application is open to students in the second year (or above) of the Master’s or Doctoral programs. Students on commissioned training or leave of absence are not eligible. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Conduct Grade: Grade A or above.
Academic Performance: An average grade of 75 or above in the previous semester, OR ranked in the top half of the class.
Specific Achievements (at least one of the following):
Outstanding performance in learning or research.
Significant contributions to activities promoting national or school spirit.
Exemplary dedication to public welfare or community service.
Excellence in leadership roles and the promotion of campus activities.
Other outstanding achievements that serve as a model for others.
