When your graduation arrives, please follow these steps to complete school leaving procedure.
- Log in to iNCCU > Students > Academics > Graduation Procedure Checklist.
- Click on the button titled ’請先幫我執行個人化的畢業檢核’ (Conduct Verification for Graduation) at the bottom of the screen.
- A preview of the‘School Leaving Form’ will appear. You should now see the form with a list of offices you need to visit. Look at the right-side column; if it says ‘免辦’ (not applicable), then you don’t need to go there. You may download an English version translated by OIC for your reference. Please note that the Chinese form printed out from iNCCU shall prevail and be the official form to complete the school leaving procedure.
- Click the button titled ‘即刻執行離校程序,並列印離校程序單’. (Immediately conduct school leaving procedure and print out the School Leaving Form)
- Go to the designated offices where you are asked to obtain stamps.
- Pick up your diploma from the Registration Office.
Important:
- If your login is denied or if you have clicked on the button titled ‘請先幫我執行個人化的畢業檢核’ (Conduct Verification for Graduation) and a preview of the ‘School Leaving Form’ doesn’t appear, it indicates that the Registration Office is still processing your digital diploma or you haven’t fully met the graduation requirements. To address the above issues, please consult with your department/graduate school/program office or the Registration Section.
- You will receive a reminder email from OIC to complete the school leaving procedure. Simultaneously, OIC will report your graduation to the Immigration Agency, and your current Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) will be invalidated within 14 days. If you do not plan to stay in Taiwan after graduation, you must leave the country within 14 days after receiving OIC’s email reminder.
