On Tuesday, March 24, the Japan Studies Program was honored to host Professor Kazuyoshi Komami, Associate Professor at Ritsumeikan University and current Visiting Fellow at National Chengchi University (NCCU). The lecture, titled "Cross-Strait Tensions and Shifting Perceptions of China in Taiwan and Japan," provided students with an in-depth exploration of several critical themes: An analysis of Taiwan's current domestic political and economic landscape.
