On the afternoon of November 8, the Japanese Studies Degree Program led a delegation led by Assistant Professor Tadahiro Ishihara, a group of graduate students from this program, to the Press and Culture Department of the Taipei Office of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association, a public interest incorporated foundation, for a visit and exchange. Chiaki Muramoto, Director of the Information and Culture Department of the Taipei Office of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association, warmly welcomed the teachers and students of our school. First, students introduce themselves in sequence and report on their current research areas of interest. Then, the head of the village served as the keynote speaker and introduced his life experience, the scale of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, the organizational structure of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association, the changing trend of Taiwan-Japan relations in recent years, the business scope of the Ministry of Information and Culture, and the "Taiwan-Japan" relations in recent years. A brief description of the activities related to "Love" and Japanese studies support activities, so that students of the Japanese studies program can better understand the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association, and hope that everyone will become pro-Japanese and Japanese-aware in the future. Finally, the head of the village discussed Taiwan-Japan exchanges, research directions and other related issues with the students, which benefited Xuecheng students a lot.
